OriginFrom the age of 13, Bohdan learned directly from Vyacheslav Marshak, an experienced businessman. Their practical work introduced him to decisions under pressure, team management, daily operations and commercial judgment.

That early experience gave him an enduring interest in how a company works as a whole.
That mentorship shaped his attention to operating detail and his habit of thinking in systems. It also led to his first structured business venture, before Star Consulting.
Star Consulting
Star Consulting was the marketing and digital consulting practice Bohdan ran before Renzoire. Its recorded client work spans 2019–2022, across logistics, education, beauty, retail, real estate, construction, automotive and services.
Working across strategy, delivery and client relationships showed how closely marketing, websites and daily operations depend on each other. That experience became the foundation for a more connected approach.

InterruptionThe war in Ukraine interrupted Star Consulting’s operations. That pause gave Bohdan a reason to reconsider both his next project and the structure of the company he wanted to build. Renzoire grew from that reflection.

Renzoire
TransitionBohdan began building infrastructure Renzoire could own and operate directly. Renzoire Studio makes that capability available to other companies, connecting strategy, design, engineering and operations through one accountable team.

Renzoire One, Renzoire Beauty and Renzoire Real Estate apply that experience within the group’s own ventures. They are at different stages of development, with expansion guided by the strength of the existing foundation.
Abu Dhabi.
Renzoire Studio is the commercial direction open to other companies today. Renzoire One — the operating layer Bohdan is building to run the company itself on — is in active development, opening first to Studio clients.
What comes next follows the same rule that got Renzoire here: expand only once the current direction can stand on its own.
